What changes when you upgrade
Ranking. When a customer searches a category within a distance, results are ordered:
- Platinum — nearest first
- Gold — nearest first
- Silver — nearest first
Your listing also shows a Gold or Platinum badge. Everything else — the details you can show, confirmation, and the listing rules — is the same on every tier.
What doesn’t change
- You only appear to customers whose chosen distance includes you. A Platinum business 3 miles away won’t show in a 1-mile search.
- You still need to confirm on site every 6 months.
- Other businesses aren’t removed; they appear below you.
How to upgrade
In the app, open My business, choose the listing, and tap Upgrade. You pay by card on a secure Stripe page. The upgrade applies to that one listing for 12 months, starting as soon as payment goes through. Buying the same tier again before it ends adds another 12 months. When an upgrade ends
Your listing returns to Silver automatically. It stays live and in search; it simply stops ranking above Silver listings.
